My Ford Focus was a good buy . I part exchanged and was very happy with the deal given. The purchase process was dealt with professionally and I collected the car within a couple of days. The car has been reliable and the only work I've had done is general wear and tear , no dramas. I no doubt will check IMC when I'm in the market for my next car.

I have read the bad review on here and find it hard to believe as my experience with this dealer was very professional. I purchased a BMW for my wife and when we viewed the car the presentation was excellent and we were given and very deal with an extended RAC warranty. We had a minor issue and it was dealt with swiftly by Gary. I would recommend this dealer as a good one not bad.

Never ever buy a car from this place if I could score it 0/5 I would of, the man is a con merchant I purchased a Mercedes Benz b class off of him very recently which I was told would have two keys to get to the day and it to have only of had 1 key, a new key cost me £200 which he had no intention of helping me buy or reimburse me any money, he also told me he’d make sure the car had a check over and if it needed a service make sure it was done before be arrived. He said the day we arrived we needed to be before 10-10.30 because he had someone viewing a car then so we turned up at 9 am (the time we also turned up the first time to view the car) to be greeted by a very rude man on the phone (the owner Gary) saying ‘eughhh your early I’ll have to get ready then won’t I, to then putting the phone down and 15 minutes later finally opening the gates. The engine of the car was already running when we got there so I didn’t see the service light it wasn’t until we got the the nearest petrol station (because the car was also on its final reserve tank) and I turned the engine on to fill up, I see the service 93 days overdue light flash up, I rang Gary back and he said he would book it in but I had to come all the way back to Eastleigh to get it done in protyre (in my own time using my own fuel) for it to be done there, I pointed out to Gary Eastleigh was a good 45 minute drive for me and considering this was meant to be done before the car was purchased I didn’t think it was good I had to drive 45 minutes and use my own fuel for something he should have previously done, I got a very sarcastic reply back saying (if your really worried about £5 worth of fuel he would sort something) so I then booked the service in at protyre Eastleigh and emailed and texted Gary the date where it was, as he said he’d collect the car and leave me a courtousy car, I then had to inconvenience myself again and pay for a taxi to work, so I texted Gary and said when was he coming for the car and he said ‘I know nothing about collecting this car even tho he had a phone call from myself a text and a email, he said he would try and sort something and it’s now been two weeks and I have not heard anything from Gary again, so I’ve had to now spend £200 and pay for the service myself all in all a terrible service from here, and anyone who wants a nice car and quality service avoid here at all costs as Gary is very clearly someone who has been in the game a very long time and is a con merchant. Gary also knew we was paying for the car on a credit card as we told him and paid the deposit on this he then told us after it was all paid he has a 2% interest on credit cards
